About me

For me, exercise has to be enjoyable and there is nothing better than exercising in the beautiful countryside & parks in and around Bristol, taking in the sights and sounds of nature - exercising body and mind.

I have a BSc.(Hons) degree in Physiotherapy and an in-depth knowledge of the workings of the human body, muscles, exercise and the respiratory system.

I specialise in bespoke one-to-one sessions designed to focus on your individual exercise goals e.g. improved fitness, weight loss, starting a regular exercise routine, mindfulness etc.

All my sessions take you on a fabulous local circular walk around some of the most beautiful areas of Bristol, incorporating cardio fitness and strengthening elements appropriate to you and your individual needs, including Nordic running.

I teach both experienced Nordic walkers and complete novices.
