Nordic Fitness sessions are a perfect way to exercise whilst enjoying your surroundings.
I carefully plan them to incorporate your individual exercise needs whilst also taking you through some beautiful areas of Bristol via a circular walk.
Flexibilty is the key and I can plan sessions at any time during the day, including lunchtimes and even before or after your working day. Please contact me to discuss your individual needs.
My sessions are perfect for both novices & experienced Nordic walkers and also for those who find their joints need more support, e.g. runners and ex-runners.
Each session is at least an hour long. I can supply poles but of course you are welcome to bring your own if you have them.
For those who are new to Nordic walking, as a qualified British Nording Walking instructor I will teach you the 10 INWA steps of Nordic walking, concentrating on the first 5 steps during your initial course of 5 lessons.
All sessions are run in a covid secure fashion and can take place in all weather conditions (except lightning storms!).
I am also a qualified First-Aider and carry a first aid kit during all sessions.
